A detail that has changed
If a firm has moved, changed its phone number or opening hours, or stopped trading, email info@mortgagedex.co.uk with its name and town. We will check it and correct the listing.
A firm that is missing
If a mortgage broker or adviser you know is not in the list for its city, tell us its name and address. First see whether it meets the rules in “How we select”: a public Google Maps profile rated 4.0 or above with 5 reviews or more.
If the firm is yours
The business area, linked from the top of every page, lets you claim your listing, keep your hours, services and contact details up to date, and see the visibility plans. If your firm is not listed, ask us to review it from there.
We cannot advise on your mortgage
We cannot answer questions about your own mortgage, your credit file or your case, and we cannot tell you which firm to choose. For that, speak to a firm on the list. If you are struggling to keep up with repayments, talk to your lender as early as you can. MoneyHelper and StepChange both offer free debt advice.
A complaint about a firm
We do not handle complaints about the firms listed here. Complain to the firm first. If it is authorised by the FCA and you are not satisfied with its answer, the Financial Ombudsman Service may be able to look at your complaint. If you think a firm is acting without authorisation, you can report it to the FCA.
